I paint the moments that ask to be remembered.
I've been painting for as long as I can remember — first in my grandmother's kitchen, then in every spare corner I could find. My work is about light, and stillness, and the particular way a place can hold a feeling.
Every painting I make starts with something I couldn't stop looking at. A window. A field at dusk. A bowl of fruit that somehow felt like a whole afternoon. I want the people who live with my work to feel that same pull — that quiet recognition.
